NEW RICHMOND, OHIO (July 30, 2026) – Construction of the Liberty Landing redevelopment project in the Village of New Richmond is entering the home stretch.

The $13.4 million project, which will overlook the Ohio River in the southern part of Clermont County, includes a marina and an elevated streetscape that will extend the current width of Front Street some 25 feet with overlooks. It is funded by the State of Ohio's Appalachian Community Grant program.

Crews this week are working on resurfacing the new streetscape portion and installing the marina. The project started last summer and is expected to be completed this fall.

The contractor is Prus Constuction. KZF designed it.
