NOTICE OF VIEWING AND FINAL HEARING
PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF BIG INDIAN ROAD (T-33)
WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, CLERMONT COUNTY, OHIO
The Board of County Commissioners of Clermont County, Ohio, pursuant to authority vested in the Board by Section 5553.04 of the Ohio Revised Code, will consider the proposed vacation of a portion of Big Indian Road (T-33) located in Washington Township, Clermont County, Ohio, and being described as follows:
The portion of Big Indian Road to be vacated begins at the last township culvert on Big Indian Road, located approximately 3,322 feet from the intersection of the centerline of Big Indian Road (T-33) and State Route 743, and terminates approximately 163 feet west/northwest to a point in the middle of Big Indian Creek.
The Board of County Commissioners will be on site to view the portion of Big Indian Road in Washington Township proposed to be vacated on or about 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. The Final Hearing on the proposed vacation of a portion of Big Indian Road in Washington Township as described will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. Local Time in the office of the Board of County Commissioners, 101 East Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103 for the purpose of receiving comments relative thereto.
