PUBLIC NOTICE
The Clermont County Board of Commissioners, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 303.58, will consider individual requests submitted by Resolution from the Board of Township Trustees of various Townships requesting that the Board of County Commissioners adopt a resolution to declare the totality of the unincorporated portion of these Townships as a restricted area for construction of economically significant wind farms, large wind farms, and large solar facilities, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Sections 303.57 through 303.58. Discussion on adopting the resolution will be held during the Board’s regular meeting on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.
The meeting will be held at the Clermont County Administration Building, 101 East Main Street, 3rd Floor, Batavia, Ohio 45103, and is open to the public.
