PUBLIC AUCTION

The Board of County Commissioners of Clermont County, Ohio, has authorized the auction of personal property that is no longer needed by the County. An auction will be held at the Clermont County Municipal Court, Rear Parking Lot, located at 4430 State Route 222, Batavia, Ohio 45103 on

Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Local Time

 Items to be auctioned will be restricted to motor vehicles, trailers, and equipment/tractors no longer needed for county use and forfeited vehicles released for sale from the County Sheriff’s Office.

Auctioneer: Mike Towler, dba Towler’s Auction Service, Inc.

Terms: Cash on day of sale/check with proper identification

Vehicle Terms: Titles will not be released on day of sale. Buyer information will be taken at time of payment and a notarized title will be forwarded within one week of sale date. Transfer of the title will be the responsibility of the buyer. All taxes and title transfer fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
