LEGAL NOTIFICATION

PUBLIC AUCTION

The Board of County Commissioners of Clermont County, Ohio, has authorized the auction of real property that is no longer needed by the County. An auction will be held at:

179 E. Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103 on

Thursday, October 29, 2020 at 6:30 P.M. Local Time

The following properties to be auctioned will be no longer needed for county use:

Auctioneer: Craig Lytle Auctioneer, LLC.

Terms: The successful bidder(s) will be required to pay a minimum of 10% of the purchase price of the property by cash or personal check at the conclusion of the auction, with checks made payable to “Clermont County Treasurer”. Within thirty (30) days of the Auction, buyers must pay any remaining balance due to the Clermont County Board of Commissioners in the form of a certified check or cashier’s check, made payable to “Clermont County Treasurer”. Within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of full payment for any property that sells at Auction, the Board of County Commissioners shall provide a fully executed original Quit Claim Deed to the buyer. Recording the deed, including payment of any and all conveyance and recording fees, will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Property Terms: Deeds will not be released on day of sale. Buyer information will be taken and deed will be delivered following payment. Transfer of the property will be the responsibility of the buyer. All taxes, real estate transfer fees and deed recording fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
