Applications for the Designation of Public Depositories for Active Funds for Clermont County

LEGAL NOTICE

The Board of County Commissioners of Clermont County, Ohio, will be accepting Applications for the Designation of Public Depositories for Active Funds of Clermont County which have been estimated in the daily aggregate amount not to exceed $200,000,000 for the period August 24, 2021, through August 23, 2025, inclusive, pursuant to Section 135.33 of the Ohio Revised Code. All Applications must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope marked “Application for Public Depositories” and received in the Office of the Board of Clermont County Commissioners, 101 East Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103 no later than 2:00 P.M. Local Time on Thursday, July 1, 2021. Subsequent thereto, all applications will be opened and referred to Jeannie Zurmehly, County Treasurer, for review and recommendation of award thereof on or about Wednesday, July 21, 2021.
