LOCUST LAKE LIFT STATION & CONVEYANCE IMPROVEMENTS
Work under this Project is generally defined as the construction of approximately 7,100 LF of 8” force main beginning at the Locust Lake Lift Station located at 1379 Lakewood Drive and extending along Audubon Road and Locust Lake Road within Pierce Township, Oak Street and Chapel Road within the Village of Amelia, and ending approximately 300 feet past the intersection of Chapel Road and Burnham Woods Drive located within Batavia Township. The project will include modifications to the Locust Lake Lift Station piping & controls and the installation of a diesel generator as outlined in the specifications and plans. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all bids and to hold such bids for a period of sixty (60) days before taking any action and to award a contract to the lowest and best bidder. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.

The Board of Clermont County Commissioners intends to seek Competitive Sealed Proposals for an Inmate Phone System to include the provision of hardware, software, training, documentation, conversion and maintenance services.
Any Respondent interested in receiving the Request for Proposal shall submit written notice to Karin Quitter, Clermont County Information Systems Department/The Telecommunications Division, on behalf of the Board of Clermont County Commissioners, 2279 Clermont Center Drive, Batavia, Ohio 45103, Phone: (513) 732-7924, FAX: (513) 732-8045 or at kquitter@clermontcountyohio.gov, no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, May 14, 2018. Office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday thru Friday.
