NEW RICHMOND, OHIO (Sept. 19, 2025) – Construction of the Liberty Landing redevelopment project began this week in the Village of New Richmond, which overlooks the Ohio River in the southern part of Clermont County.

The project includes a marina and an elevated streetscape that will extend the current width of Front Street some 25 feet with overlooks.

Construction on the streetscape portion will continue throughout the fall. Crews plans to start construction of the marina in spring 2026. The project will take about a year to complete.

The contractor is Prus Constuction. KZF designed the project.

The $13.4 million project is funded by the State of Ohio’s Appalachian Community Grant program.
