NEW RICHMOND, OHIO (Aug. 27, 2025) – The Village of New Richmond and its consultants shared another round of updates for the Liberty Landing redevelopment project at a town hall meeting this week.

Construction on the streetscape portion of the project, initially slated to begin in August, has been pushed back to late September. Crews are planning to start construction of the marina in spring 2026.

The design consultant is KZF and the contractor is Prus Constuction.

The $13.4 million project is funded by the State of Ohio’s Appalachian Community Grant program.
