NEW RICHMOND, OHIO (June 25, 2025) – Design consultant KZF and contractor Prus Constuction shared updated designs for New Richmond’s Liberty Landing marina and streetscape redevelopment project at a public meeting in the village Tuesday, June 24.

The contractor expects to begin construction on the streetscape portion along Front Street later this summer. Construction of the marina is slated to begin in spring 2026.

The $13.4 million project is funded by the State of Ohio’s Appalachian Community Grant program.
