Kris McClintick, Director of Community & Economic Development (CED), collaborated with Bradley Payne Advisors and Frost Brown Todd to deliver a comprehensive presentation to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC). The presentation clarified how establishing the Clermont County Port Authority’s Bond Fund could benefit local economic development initiatives.
The establishment of this fund would empower the Port Authority to administer financing for a spectrum of local economic development endeavors. Notably, the Bond Fund would facilitate accessible and affordable financing options for municipalities, villages, townships, educational institutions, developers, non-profit organizations, and other local economic development entities, thereby fostering opportunities for new construction, infrastructure enhancement, facility rehabilitation, land acquisition, and site preparation endeavors.
