Tornado followup: Where to go to get, give help

Updates from Clermont County Emergency Management agency related to recovery from last week’s tornadoes:

-For individuals that need assistance, please contact 513.735.8500 or e-mail clermontema@clermontcountyohio.gov. Please provide name, phone number, e-mail, address, and the current need.
-Mental Health Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling the Crisis Hotline at 513.528.SAVE.
-Goshen High School is ramping down the donations collection operation. To donate or volunteer, please contact 513.735.8500 or e-mail clermontema@clermontcountyohio.gov. We will connect donations and volunteers to organizations that actively working on the disaster recovery effort.
-The Goshen United Methodist Church Pantry and Heartland Christian Church will be taking over for distribution of supplies to the community.

-The Ohio Attorney General’s Office Consumer Protection Division can assist residents with verifying that contractors are reputable. The Phone number is 800.282.0515 or 614.466.4986
-The Ohio Department of Insurance offers support to homeowner and renters who have questions on the insurance process. They have a severe weather toolkit that may be useful to residents. Anyone with insurance questions and complaints can reach Ohio Department of Insurance consumer services representatives through www.insurance.ohio.gov, consumer.complaint@insurance.ohio.gov, and 1-800-686-1526.
