Proposal Opening: Acquisition of Services for Street Level Imagery

LEGAL NOTICE

 

The Board of Clermont County Commissioners is accepting sealed proposals for Street Level Imagery for Clermont County, Ohio. All proposals shall be submitted in an envelope marked: Proposal – Street Level Imagery.  All proposals must be received in the office of the Clermont County Commissioners, 3rd Floor, 101 E. Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103, no later than 2:00 P.M. Local Time on Thursday, August 16, 2018, at which time all proposals shall be opened in a manner that prevents the disclosure of contents of the competing proposers and in accordance with ORC 307.862.

General Instructions to Proposers, Detailed Submittal Requirements, Technical Specifications, Current Systems, and Attachments outlining the terms and conditions for the Street Level Imagery may be obtained by interested parties from Chris Mehlman at the Clermont County Auditor’s Office, 101 E. Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103, Phone: (513) 732-7150. Office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday thru Friday.

Request for Proposal documents are also available for public inspection at the office of the Clermont County Auditor and the office of the Clermont County Board of Commissioners, 101 E. Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103. Office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday thru Friday.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at 9:00 A.M. Local Time on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at the Clermont County Administration Building, Auditor 1st Floor Shared Conference Room, 101 E. Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103.

The Board of Clermont County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all proposals and to hold such proposals for a period of sixty (60) days before taking any action and to award a contract.
