The Board of Clermont County Commissioners intends to seek Competitive Sealed Proposals for an Inmate Phone System to include the provision of hardware, software, training, documentation, conversion and maintenance services.
Any Respondent interested in receiving the Request for Proposal shall submit written notice to Karin Quitter, Clermont County Information Systems Department/The Telecommunications Division, on behalf of the Board of Clermont County Commissioners, 2279 Clermont Center Drive, Batavia, Ohio 45103, Phone: (513) 732-7924, FAX: (513) 732-8045 or at kquitter@clermontcountyohio.gov, no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, May 14, 2018. Office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday thru Friday. NOTE: ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE CLERMONT COUNTY STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON.
The Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M. Local Time on Thursday, May 17, 2018, in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, 3rd floor, 101 East Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103, where they will be publicly opened and acknowledged accordingly. This notice will also be posted on Clermont County’s website at the following URL link: www.clermontcountyohio.gov.
Each Respondent must submit their proposal in TRIPLICATE, one (1) original and two (2) copies with each copy stamped “COPY”.
