NOTICE OF VIEWING AND FINAL HEARING
PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF OMNI DRIVE (T-914)
IN UNION TOWNSHIP, CLERMONT COUNTY, OHIO
The Board of County Commissioners of Clermont County, Ohio, pursuant to authority vested in the Board by Section 5553.04 of the Ohio Revised Code, will consider the proposed vacation of a portion of Omni Drive (T-914) in Union Township, Clermont County, Ohio, and in Matthews Military Survey Number 1138, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southerly Right-of-Way line of Omni Drive, said point also being the
north east corner of Lot 3, Omni Industrial Park, as recorded in P.B. O, Pg. 2; thence
departing the said southerly Right-of-Way of Omni Drive, N 33° 17’ 10” W, 40.00 feet;
thence with the arc of a curve whose radius is 40.00 feet, counter clockwise, 10.11 feet,
(chord of said arc bears N 40° 31’ 30” W, 10.08 feet) to the northerly Right-of-Way line
of said Omni Drive; thence along the said northerly Right-of-Way line of Omni Drive,
N 56° 42’ 50” E, 231.92 feet; thence with the arc of a curve whose radius is 40.00 feet,
clockwise, 197.32 feet, (chord of said arc bears S 33° 17’ 10” E, 50.00 feet) thence along
the said southerly Right-of-Way of Omni Drive, S 56° 42’ 50” W, 230.66 feet to the
point of beginning.
The above described tract contains 0.3734 Acres of land and is subject to all easements
and restrictions of record and was prepared by Thomas Graham Associates Inc.
The Board of County Commissioners will be on site to view the portion of Omni Drive (T-914) in Union Township proposed to be vacated on or about 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 25, 2018. The Final Hearing on the proposed vacation of a portion of Omni Drive (T-914) in Union Township as described will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2018, at 11:00 A.M. Local Time in the office of the Board of County Commissioners, 101 East Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103 for the purpose of receiving comments relative thereto.
