The Board of Clermont County Commissioners will be accepting sealed proposals for the Clermont County Common Pleas Courtroom Audio-Visual Replacement Project for and on behalf of the Clermont County Common Pleas Court. All proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: Proposal – Clermont County Common Pleas Courtroom Audio-Visual Replacement Project, and must be received in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, 101 East Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103, no later than 2:00 p.m. Local Time on Thursday, March 22, 2018, at which time all proposals shall be opened and read aloud publicly shortly thereafter.
Work under this Project, located at the Clermont County Common Pleas Court, 270 East Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103, consists of the replacement of aged audio-visual technology in four courtrooms.

Each proposer must submit their proposal in TRIPLICATE, one (1) original and two (2) copies with each copy stamped “COPY”.
All proposals must comply with Clermont County General Instructions to Proposers in addition to the requirements set forth in the Specifications Documents referenced herein in order to be considered.
If necessary, discussions with offerors will be conducted for the purpose of ensuring full understanding of, and responsiveness to, the requirements specified in the request for proposals. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the County, taking into consideration the evaluation factors and criteria.
The Board of County Commissioners, Clermont County, Ohio, reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all proposals. No proposer may withdraw his proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
