The Board of Clermont County Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids for an Inmate Phone System for Clermont County, Ohio. All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: Bid – Inmate Phone System. All bids must be received in the office of the Board of Clermont County Commissioners, 3rd Floor, 101 E. Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103, no later than 2:00 P.M. local time on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at which time all bids shall be opened.
Instructions to vendors, specifications, and bid form outlining the terms and conditions may be obtained by interested parties from Karin Quitter at the Clermont County Information Systems Department/The Telecommunications Division, 2279 Clermont Center Drive, Batavia, Ohio 45103, Phone: (513) 732-7924, FAX: (513) 732-8045. Office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday thru Friday. NOTE: ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE CLERMONT COUNTY STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting (building tour) will be held at 10:00 A.M. local time on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Clermont County Jail, 4700 East Filager Road, Batavia, Ohio 45103.
Each Bidder must submit their bid in TRIPLICATE, one (1) original and two (2) copies with each copy stamped “COPY”.
The Board of Clermont County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all bids and to hold such bids for a period of sixty (60) days before taking any action and to award a contract to the lowest and best bidder.
