BATAVIA, Ohio – Clermont County has a number of permanent prescription drug drop box locations throughout the county.
“It’s important to dispose of medications in the home that have expired, or are no longer used,” said Karen Scherra, Executive Director of the Clermont County Mental Health & Recovery Board. “It’s especially important to get rid of opioid pain medications, because of the possibility for misuse, overdose, and even addiction. You don’t want anyone in the home experimenting with these drugs.”
