BATAVIA, Ohio (Aug. 12, 2014) — Clermont County Public Health will offer a pediatric walk-in immunization clinic through November on the third Tuesday of each month from 1-3 p.m. No appointment is necessary.
To be seen at a walk-in clinic the child must:
• Be signed in no later than 3 p.m.
• Provide current insurance coverage
• Provide an up-to-date shot record
Public Health, formerly known as the Clermont County Health District, will continue to offer appointment-only immunization clinics on the first and second Thursday of each month, the first Friday of the month and the third Wednesday of the month. Additional appointment-only back to school immunization clinics will be offered from 1-3 p.m. each Monday in August.
Insurance information and an up-to-date and complete shot record for each child must be provided. Medical cards, cash, and checks are accepted for payment. Consent forms must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian.

The clinic is located at Clermont County Department of Job and Family Services, West Entry, Suite 200, 2400 Clermont Center Drive.
