Batavia, Ohio. The remains of Clermont County soldier Army Spec. Gregory Missman are scheduled to arrive at Lunken Airport at approximately 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2009. A procession will begin at approximately 6:30 p.m., traveling the route as follows:
- From Lunken Airport to SR 32 East
- Turn Right on Old SR 74 in Mt. Carmel; past American Legion Post 72
- Right on Mt. Carmel-Tobasco Road
- Left on Clough Pike; past Amelia High School
- Right on Amelia Olive Branch Road
- Left on SR 125 (W. Main Street) in Amelia
- Nurre Funeral Home is located at 177 W. Main St. in Amelia
The community is encouraged to bring American flags and yellow ribbons, and line the processional route to honor Spec. Missman.
The visitation for Spec. Missman will be held on Thursday, July 16 at the Union Township Civic Center, located at 4350 Aicholtz Road from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Friday, July 17 at Mt. Moriah United Methodist Church, located at 681 Mt. Moriah Drive. The burial will take place at Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
