Batavia, Ohio. The Clermont County Transportation Improvement District (CCTID), in conjunction with the Clermont County Engineer’s Office and Stonelick Township, will host an open house meeting to discuss the Rehabilitation of the Stonelick Williams Corner Covered Bridge project on Wednesday, August 5, 2009. Citizens are invited to stop in anytime between 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. The open house will be held at the Stonelick Township Hall, located at 457 South Broadway in Owensville.
The Rehabilitation of the Stonelick Williams Corner Covered Bridge project includes the removal and replacement of the roof and exterior siding, additional structural members to improve the load capacity, deck replacement, and a new lighting system with traffic control signals.
The open house meeting is an opportunity for the public to review the proposed improvements to the bridge and provide comments and suggestions. An exhibit of the Rehabilitation of the Stonelick Williams Corner Covered Bridge improvements will be on display at the open house. County staff and project team members will be available to answer questions, and comment sheets will be available. After the meeting, comments may be submitted until August 19, 2009 to the Clermont County Engineer’s Office, Attn: Todd Gadbury, at 2381 Clermont Center Drive, Batavia, Ohio, 45103.
