Clermont Cares is a program funded through the Board of County Commissioners to assist citizens with questions or concerns regarding the county offices. Clermont Cares can be filed by phone, letter, or fax. Click here to download the Clermont Cares form in PDF. (179 KB) All Cares are handled within 7 to 10 working days of receipt. Cares are forwarded to the County Commissioners, County Administrator, and the department head of the office the concern relates to. Responses to Cares will be sent directly to the citizen it was submitted by and to the Commissioner's Office within the stated time frame. The Commissioner's staff will follow up and ensure that the Cares are addressed in a timely manner.

Not all Cares are completed within the time frame of 7 to 10 days, but a response to the Cares is provided within that time frame.
